The vessel ETA moved from 18 August to 21 August following congestion at the transshipment port. We are confirming the revised discharge plan with our destination partner and will provide the next update by 3 p.m. tomorrow.

Offer customers a clear way to ask a question from the shipment page. Do not turn visibility into a one-way glass wall.
6. Customer-Specific Permissions
Not every customer should see every field, document or commercial detail.

Test users with multiple branches, subsidiaries or business units. A customer should not see another entity’s shipments because two records share a similar company name.
