Member Conduct and Standards
Members are expected to uphold high professional, ethical, and operational standards. This includes responding to fellow members within reasonable timelines, maintaining transparency regarding payment terms or credit preferences, avoiding any conduct that harms the reputation of ONE Globe Alliance or its members, protecting confidential information obtained through the network, and complying with relevant laws and regulations globally. All business transactions between members occur independently and at their own risk. Except where explicitly covered under a formal financial protection plan, ONE Globe Alliance does not guarantee payments, performance, solvency, or outcomes of member-to-member transactions and bears no responsibility for disputes, non-payments, contractual disagreements, or cargo-related issues.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, text, graphics, and other Website content are owned by or licensed to ONE Globe Alliance, and no reproduction or distribution rights are granted except for limited access. Members may use the alliance logo only with written approval and in accordance with official branding guidelines.
